Welcome to the Mike Hornback State Farm office in Prineville, Oregon! I am a proud second-generation State Farm agent, born and raised right here in Central Oregon. My journey into insurance began early; I was licensed in all lines of insurance at 19, learning the fundamentals from my father, who served Oregon’s insurance needs for over 31 years.

With more than 25 years of experience with State Farm, I was excited to open my own office in Prineville in 2012. Since then, my team and I have been dedicated to helping our Good Neighbors across Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, and Wheeler counties protect what matters most.

I am also a proud graduate of Oregon State University.
